Client Aftercare Procedure
Thank you for choosing Artistic Instinct Tattoo Studio! Proper aftercare ensures your tattoo heals safely and keeps its best look.
Please follow these instructions carefully.

TATTOO AFTERCARE Keep bandage on for 2–4 hours. Remove it gently and wash your hands first. Wash tattoo gently with warm water and mild, fragrance-free soap. Pat dry with a clean paper towel.

Apply a thin layer of tattoo-approved cream or lotion such as Hustle Butter or Mad Rabbit ; Do not over-apply.

Keep tattoo clean and moisturized with unscented lotion or aftercare 2–3 times daily.

Avoid direct sunlight, pools, hot tubs, or ocean for at least 2 weeks. Do not pick or scratch; let flakes or scabs come off naturally. Watch for redness, swelling, pus, or pain that worsens — contact a doctor if this happens.

DO NOT: Scratch, pick, or peel healing skin. Share ointments or aftercare products. Submerge your tattoo in water. Apply alcohol, peroxide, or scented lotions.
